Tailored PROGRAMMING
Having a standard program is great, I used to hand them out for a charge on an spreadsheet and hope my clients update it as they train…. The games changed and my app is on top of it all.
Having an app based program where you can easily keep track of your workouts, see the progression through weight and tempo, as well as videos of exercises to remind you of proper technique… is where you’ll find progress.
Moving forward with technology, The aim is to make it so easy for you to find consistency in your journey, and when you do progress, I can adjust as we go forward and ensure success
TaiLored Nutrition
The most important thing we’ll be honing in on.. No matter how you look at it, your nutrition should be number 1.
You can’t out train a bad diet, and you can’t begin to progress that until you know what, how much and when to eat to maximise and accelerate your progress.
In the initial set up, I’ll be creating a plan that will allow you to be consistent and build healthy eating habits, optimised for your goal.
We won’t be cutting out everything, or chugging only protein shakes… but you will be focusing on quantity and quality, learning how to deal with eating out and about, nights out on the lash, all whilst staying on point.
But as we go, you will be re-wiring how you think about food, learning how to overcome challenges and how to eat for fuel.
Mindset and check-ins
Being accountable is key. We won’t get far if you are not willing to put in the work, this is your battle, It’s going to test you and it’s going to take time, but it’s going to propel you and prepare you for success.
I understand how hard it can be to stay consistent though and that’s where I come in and catch up weekly with you and your progress. You’ll have Daily and weekly check-ins that bring home the winnings, as you see week by week how well you yourself are doing.
To put it as simply as I can, the hardest part of this is keeping in that zone. If I can help you master that, give you the tools and knowledge, you can and will progress.

The man behind BPPD, Me
From coaching snowboarding from the age of 16 to Olympic weightlifting and many things in between throughout my life, I have always taken to bringing the knowledge I gain on my own journey to others.
I have competed in many sports, to list a few, pro paintball, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, CrossFit, full contact medieval combat and more. In all of these sports I have been lucky to have fantastic coaches. Without them I would of only ever participated… Instead I win, And kept winning.
My point here is, I’ve been lucky enough to grow under the guidance of great people, I know what good coaching is and though my sports change, I have never stopped being coached and I want to give that same level of devotion and empowerment to others.
My current “sport” is my band, IMPERIUM and my physique, whilst creating music, I’m pushing bodybuilding and strength to new levels and yes, of course I have a coach to help me along the way.
The most important thing I’ve learned through all of this is mind set is everything, literally everything. Having the mental fortitude to not just attempt goals, but break them, is a pleasure I love to see myself and others overcome.
